1. RUENG VIP Service

RUENG VIP is a digital entertainment platform that may provide: movies, Khmer-dubbed movies, international movies, movie information, movie trailers, movie streaming, digital movie purchases, user accounts, wallet services, search and discovery features, and other entertainment-related services.

Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use RUENG VIP under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a transaction in your jurisdiction, you must use RUENG VIP only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RUENG VIP complies with applicable law.

3. User Accounts

Some RUENG VIP features may require an account. You agree to: provide accurate information, keep your account information current, protect your login credentials, not share your account in a manner that violates these Terms, notify us of unauthorized account activity, and accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account unless caused by our failure to provide reasonable security.

4. Movie Purchases

RUENG VIP may allow users to purchase access to individual movies or other digital content. Before completing a purchase, you should review the displayed movie, price, currency, payment method, and purchase conditions.

A purchase may provide a digital access right rather than ownership of the underlying copyrighted movie. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a movie does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

5. Digital Access

When you purchase a movie, RUENG VIP may grant your account access to that movie according to the purchase terms displayed at the time of purchase. Access may depend on your account status, availability of the content, technical availability, geographic restrictions, licensing requirements, and legal requirements.

We may restrict or remove access to content where we are legally required to do so or where our rights to distribute the content change.

6. Wallet

RUENG VIP may provide a wallet or stored-value feature. Where available: wallet balances are associated with your account, wallet funds may be used only for supported RUENG VIP transactions, wallet transactions may be recorded for security and accounting purposes, you must not attempt to manipulate wallet balances, and you must not exploit payment or wallet system errors.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. RUENG VIP may support payment methods such as QR payments, banking payments, electronic payment services, and other payment methods displayed on the website.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider. A transaction is considered successful only when RUENG VIP or the applicable payment system confirms successful payment. Users must not falsely claim that a payment has been completed.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law. RUENG VIP will consider refund requests made in good faith where a technical error on our part prevented access to purchased content, or where applicable consumer protection law requires it.

Refunds are not available where the user has already accessed the purchased content, where the issue is caused by the user's own device or connection, or where a refund is requested due to change of mind after access.

9. Acceptable Use

When using RUENG VIP, you must not: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of RUENG VIP or any third party; attempt to access RUENG VIP systems, accounts, or data without authorization; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access RUENG VIP without authorization; attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions, DRM, or content protection systems; share, resell, or redistribute purchased content; impersonate another person or entity; upload or transmit harmful code; attempt to interfere with the operation of RUENG VIP; or use RUENG VIP for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

RUENG VIP and its licensors own or license all intellectual property rights in the RUENG VIP website, service, software, design, branding, and content provided by RUENG VIP.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use RUENG VIP content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission from RUENG VIP.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

RUENG VIP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUENG VIP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

We do not warrant that RUENG VIP will be available at all times, that content will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUENG VIP and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of RUENG VIP.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you in respect of any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to RUENG VIP in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

RUENG VIP may suspend or terminate your account or access to RUENG VIP if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the service, cause harm to other users or to RUENG VIP, or where required by applicable law.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination. In urgent cases involving fraud or security risks, suspension may occur without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to access RUENG VIP ends. Content you have purchased may no longer be accessible if your account is terminated for cause.

14. User-Generated Content

If RUENG VIP allows you to post comments, reviews, or other content, you are responsible for that content. You grant RUENG VIP a non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with operating the service.

You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. RUENG VIP may remove content that violates these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service

RUENG VIP may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Where a change materially affects your purchased content access, we will take reasonable steps to address this, which may include refunds or alternative access arrangements where legally required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of RUENG VIP after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied according to applicable law. Where legally appropriate, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities applicable to RUENG VIP and the user.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under applicable law.
